Vocal Teaching Archives Cloud Management System

Abstract: With the popularization of "Internet plus education" and the extensive use of computers, the traditional paper-based teaching archives can no longer meet the demands of teaching. It has been a required course for every teacher to create and use electronic teaching archives. Especially in the vocal education sector, vocal teaching archives rely more on media files such as audio and video, thus we have to establish a cloud management system for vocal teaching archives based on cloud platform, which is fully functional, easy to access, and easy to operate. Besides, based on the distributed framework, the vocal teaching archives are created. The cloud management system can solve problems such as data shortage, inconsistent file formats, and personalized teaching archives, providing powerful support for the development of vocal education. The vocal teaching archives cloud management system is centered around meeting the management demands of vocal teaching archives. It is built on a distributed framework, with a database storing data base information, distributed objects saving archives and files, full-text search engine supporting big data search, cache memory processing the hot spot data, which fully leverage the advantages of distributed framework and distributed objects storage in the vocal teaching archives management system, and implemented the storage, use, management, and sharing of vocal teaching archives.

Research on Smart Logistics Construction Under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

Abstract: The coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is a national strategy, which implements the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, promotes the coordination ability of regional economy, improves regional competitiveness, and thus promotes the development of the national economy. The goal of Hebei Province is to build a national modern commercial logistics important base, which is also an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and an important task for Hebei Province. Innovating logistics models to promote the industrial development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is an inevitable trend in the context of regional coordinated development. Smart logistics integrates multiple service functions, and can realize the rapid, efficient and smooth operation of information flow and material flow, thus reducing social cost, improving production efficiency, integrating social resources and promoting local economic development. This article first elaborates on the problems in the development of logistics in the three regions under the background of coordinated development in Beijing Tianjin Hebei. Then, it analyzes the current situation and problems of smart logistics construction, and finally provides actionable suggestions for the coordinated development of smart logistics in the three regions.

Adaptation Mechanism and Countermeasures for Digital Transformation and Upgrading of Vocational Higher Education Enabling Industry

Abstract: The digital economy, characterized by the breakthrough and popularization of information technology such as Internet plus, big data and artificial intelligence, is becoming a new driving force for China's economic growth and industrial development, and has a profound impact on the national economic production mode, industrial structure adjustment, employment demand orientation and labor quality requirements. Through the analysis of the dilemma of the Digital transformation of the industry in the service area of vocational higher education, this paper puts forward the "should be" logic from four dimensions, namely, the logic of industrial transformation, the logic of job form, the logic of professional groups, and the logic of ability advancement. It also puts forward improvement strategies from six aspects, namely, training objectives, curriculum system, teaching mode, teacher resources, training resources, and evaluation and assessment.

Research and Discussion on the Innovative Model of Hierarchical Teaching of College Mathematics

Abstract: With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the advent of the information age, higher education puts forward higher and higher requirements for students' comprehensive innovation quality. As an important basic course in college education, how to closely combine the development of modern science and technology, constantly explore teaching laws, reform teaching methods, and strive to cultivate students' innovative thinking and independent innovative learning ability has become a problem that every college mathematics teacher is very concerned about and urgently needs to solve. In this regard, combined with the practice of college mathematics teaching, this paper discusses the new problems of teaching reform such as the establishment, implementation and ability training of layered teaching mode in college mathematics teaching, which provides new methods and new ideas for further stimulating students' enthusiasm for autonomous learning and effectively cultivating students' innovative learning ability.

Research on Carbon Emission Forecasting of China's Construction Industry

Abstract: As the global population grows and urbanization accelerates, the construction industry has become one of the primary sources of global greenhouse gas emissions. Reducing carbon emissions from the construction sector is crucial to addressing the increasingly severe challenges of global environmental change. At present, research in the field of carbon emissions has been intensifying. Through literature research, this paper compares the current status of domestic and foreign research on the decomposition of carbon emission influencing factors and forecasting methods and briefly introduces the relevant models and their advantages and disadvantages to provide a reference for the research on carbon emission forecasting in the construction industry.

Research on the Mode and Countermeasures of Industrial College Construction in Local Undergraduate Universities Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: The construction of industrial college is an important way to deepen the integration of industry and education, and a beneficial exploration of the training mode of applied talents. The construction of industrial college in colleges and universities from the perspective of the integration of industry and education is the performance of the technical talents needed to adapt to the industrial development actively, and it is the continuous exploration of economic development from scale expansion to high-quality development. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of this education model. This paper discusses the connotation, organizational characteristics and mode of industrial college, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of structure, mechanism and concept, so as to provide reference for local colleges and universities to solve the problem of integration of industry and education.

BIM-Based Project Management Process Re-engineering Research

Abstract: At present, China is in an era of rapid economic development. Building information modeling (BIM technology) as an emerging technology in China continues to develop, and related theoretical works are increasing. At the same time, project management is also the fundamental guarantee for the success of building construction projects. Hence, the combination of BIM and project management is the general trend in the development of the construction industry. This paper will study the development history of BIM technology and process reengineering theory, the problems of BIM technology development in China at this stage, and the necessity of project management process reengineering to be carried out.

Research on Impact of High Quality and Dual Circulation Development Pattern on Carbon Peak in Jiangsu Province

Abstract: This study selected seven factors that affect Jiangsu Province's carbon emissions from the perspective of the high quality and dual circulation development pattern. GA-PSO-BP neural network was used to fit the carbon dioxide emissions of Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2017, and predict the carbon emissions of Jiangsu Province from 2018 to 2035 under various development models, combined with the scenario analysis method. This study studied the impact of high quality and dual circulation development pattern on the carbon peak in Jiangsu Province from three aspects: economic society, scientific research and energy consumption, and dual circulation. It is found that the increase of the development rate of economic and social factors will slightly increase the peak of carbon dioxide in Jiangsu Province, but have no significant effect on the peak time. The rapid development of scientific research and energy consumption factors will reduce the carbon emission in Jiangsu Province and make the peak appear in advance. The rapid development of dual circulation factors will delay the emergence of the peak and increase its value. Policy recommendations were made for Jiangsu Province to achieve carbon peak at the end of the study.

Research on the Training Model of Engineering Excellence

Abstract: Excellent engineer education training plan (hereinafter referred to as the "excellent engineer") is the national Ministry of Education to carry out the important content of higher education long-term planning, to improve the engineering technology college student’s employment ability, practice ability, cognitive ability, innovation ability has important guiding role, is an important part of college students' career education practice. “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" (hereinafter referred to as "mass entrepreneurship and innovation") is an important document to cultivate the spirit and consciousness of innovation among the people. It is a key policy for cultivating the innovation gene of the people and realizing the transition from "Made in China" to "Created in China". From the perspective of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", this paper discusses the ways of "electronic information" professional and "excellent engineers". Taking the School of Science and Technology of North China Electric Power University as an example, it proposes a set of complete and operable talent training mode.
