Abstract: A scientific and reasonable reward system plays a very important role in stimulating the technological innovators of the enterprises. In this paper, we analyze the behavior of the research staff in the enterprise, and the managers and the research staff of the enterprise are regarded as the principal and agent respectively, and then we design a compensation contract by establishing the principal-agent model. Finally, the influence factors of the optimal incentive weight in the contract are studied through numerical simulation, based on the results obtained, we propose our own suggestions.

Abstract: In view of the problems existed in teaching computer network engineering for network engineering major of Applied Colleges and Universities, the visual and interactive features of virtual network technology are studied and analyzed, and a typical network case is constructed by using the virtual network environment, which can concentrate on the main network design technology and protocol. In the classroom teaching, the dynamic operating visual network is used instead of the simple static network topology. Through the interactive tool software, the network state and data flow control process can be checked at any time, and the network operating situation can be displayed in a timely and visual way, so as to analyze network performance parameters. Combined with the rational use of mind mapping courseware, the curriculum content is more diversified, more intuitive and interactive. The teaching practice proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the dynamic visualization teaching method.

Abstract: In view of the dead judgment on the fault branch in the location with traveling wave based on the existing T circuit, a fault location algorithm with traveling wave based on determinant of matrix A is proposed. This algorithm does not need to judge the fault branch separately, the matrix A is constructed by the arrival time of traveling wave and wave beam, line length obtained by three ports on T circuit after faulting, the fault branch and fault location can be obtained directly by comparing the size of the determinant of matrix A. Through simulation analysis using MATLAB, the algorithm with clear analysis and high precision meets the requirements of fault location.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the environmental model and the characteristics of the prefabricated construction method, the "drive-state-response" model is constructed to highlight the advantages of the prefabricated construction method in environmental protection and energy conservation. At the same time, based on the model, the environmental evaluation system of residential areas is created and reflected in the response model in the form of ecological value.

Abstract: Traditional project costing methods have not considered the effects of uncertain factors in actual engineering projects. In this paper, the Monte Carlo Method is used to study the uncertainty of engineering project costs. According to the characteristics of uncertainty of cost elements follow the Beta-PERT distribution, Combined with Crystal Ball Monte Carlo simulation software, the total cost and sensitivity of a project were forecasted and analyzed, which helps companies control costs and risks more scientifically.
