Abstract: This study focuses on the issue of fund supervision in designated medical institutions against the backdrop of payment method reform. First, it analyzes the impact of payment method reform on designated medical institutions, explores the challenges and problems in the use of medical insurance funds during the reform process, and highlights shortcomings such as insufficiently refined management and inadequate implementation in fund supervision. Second, based on the current situation analysis, refined fund supervision and management strategies are proposed, emphasizing the optimization of fund utilization efficiency through improved regulatory mechanisms, enhanced technical means, and strengthened data analysis and informatization. Finally, combining policy practice, the paper offers practical policy recommendations aimed at providing targeted management solutions for designated medical institutions and offering theoretical support and practical guidance for government departments in formulating healthcare policies.

Abstract: Driven by the " double carbon " strategy, the reliability and safety of electric vehicle braking systems have become the focus of the industry. This paper systematically reviews the research progress of fault diagnosis technology for electric vehicle braking system, focusing on the fault types, causes and characteristics of the two core systems of hydraulic braking and regenerative braking, covering typical problems such as mechanical wear, hydraulic leakage, electrical short circuit and sensor failure. By comparing and analyzing the principles, application scenarios and limitations of traditional and intelligent diagnosis technologies such as fuzzy theory, fault tree, expert system, neural network and grey theory, the development trend of multi-method fusion, deep integration of artificial intelligence and real-time diagnosis is revealed. This paper further discusses the construction path of intelligent diagnosis system based on big data, edge computing and Internet of things, aiming to provide theoretical support for improving the accuracy, efficiency and real-time performance of fault diagnosis of electric vehicle braking system, and help the industry 's technological innovation and standardization process.

Abstract: Esophageal cancer (EC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract worldwide. The early symptoms of EC are not obvious, so most patients with EC are already in the advanced stage when they are diagnosed. When the disease progresses to the advanced stage and the best surgical time is missed, radical surgery cannot be used for treatment, which increases the difficulty of treatment. The treatment of AEC has always been a major challenge in clinical practice. A comprehensive treatment plan based on various methods such as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment is currently the standard for the treatment of AEC. With the continuous progress and development in the treatment of AEC, the survival period and quality of life of patients with AEC have been improved. In particular, molecular targeted therapy and biological immunotherapy have brought more hope. In the future, under the premise of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, combined with the individualized characteristics and tolerance of patients, the best treatment plan will be selected to further improve the quality of life of patients with AEC and prolong their survival period.

Abstract: As a core component of electric vehicles, motor drive systems are prone to severe faults in motors and motor controllers under prolonged operation and complex working conditions, compromising the safety and stability of the vehicle. This paper systematically reviews the state-of-the-art research on fault diagnosis for electric vehicle motor drive systems. Firstly, it analyzes the primary fault types and their underlying causes in motor drive systems. Secondly, categorized by components, the paper summarizes existing fault diagnosis techniques, examining their developmental progress and application-specific characteristics. Building upon this analysis, the study also identifies challenges to be addressed in future development and prospects for future research directions, aiming to provide insights for enhancing the efficiency and reliability of motor drive systems.

Abstract: Background: To explore the related influencing factors and related prevention strategies of adolescent scoliosis. Methods: 46 adolescent scoliosis patients who received medical treatment from June 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the study group, and 60 healthy adolescents (without scoliosis) who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the general data of the two groups of subjects. Then multi-factor Logistics was used to analyze the influencing factors of adolescent scoliosis. Results: The self-requirements of sitting and standing posture, the weight of school bags, vision, daily sleep time, frequency of physical education classes per week, daily daytime outdoor activity time and daily indoor sedentary time were all independent risk factors for adolescent scoliosis. Conclusion: The results showed that the frequency of physical education classes per week, daily daytime outdoor activity time, daily sleep time, vision, the self-requirement of sitting and standing posture, the weight of school bag and daily indoor sedentary time are all independent risk factors for the occurrence of scoliosis in adolescents, which can provide effective intervention measures for the prevention of scoliosis in the future.
