Research on the Method of Improving the Scientific Level of Archives Management from the Perspective of Internal Control

Abstract: Scientific management of archives can improve the management level, promote the sustainable development of archives management, and better adapt to the development requirements of the information age. This requires efforts to solve the existing problems of archives management, do a good job of scientific analysis, and comprehensively improve the scientific level of archives management. As the key link of socialist modernization construction, the scientific development of archives management has become the focus of attention in many fields. However, as far as the actual situation of archives management in China is concerned, there are still many problems in the scientific construction. At present, China's traditional file management is no longer suitable for the needs of contemporary society. How to improve the scientific level of file management requires us to conduct comprehensive analysis and thinking on the problem. This paper analyzes the problems existing in China's archives management at this stage, and explores how to effectively improve the scientific level of archive management and update the scientific approach of archive management. It has played an important role in ensuring the scientific norms and standards of file management.

Design of Medical Call System Based on CAN Fieldbus Technology

Abstract: The system uses industrial fieldbus CAN and single-chip microcomputer to realize the communication between the ward and the nurse station and the medical care room, and can achieve real-time communication for help and response. The paper focuses on the overall plan of the medical call system and the design of hardware and software, and gives the communication protocol. The system realizes the problem of remote button information transmission and low power consumption. The realistic application response, the call system has the advantages of high stability, low power consumption, easy installation, ease of use, strong function, etc., and has strong application value and important social significance.

Study on the Color Aesthetics of Chinese Royal Gardens

Abstract: Chinese royal garden architecture is considered as one of the most special types in the history of Chinese and world gardens. It is a very distinctive style in human architecture and also a valuable cultural heritage of the world architecture. As a space art complex infiltrated with Chinese traditional culture value, Chinese aesthetic implication and the special functioning role of Chinese feudal society, the royal garden demonstrates the national characteristics in many respects, especially in the field of the application of colors. The pattern and method of color allocation in royal garden, along with the relationship between color humanistic connotation and the application and aesthetics of color, could provide inspirations for contemporary landscape design. In light of this consideration, it has become important to research on how to inherit the traditional beauty of royal gardens and incorporate it aesthetics into modern aesthetic concepts for contemporary garden design.

Quality Evaluation of Environmental Accounting Information Disclosure of China's Thermal Power Listed Companies

Abstract: With the increasingly serious pollution caused by the production and operation of many industrial enterprises, the state and the international community have paid more and more attention to environmental protection, especially for some heavily polluting industrial enterprises. However, the theoretical research and institutional norms of environmental accounting information in China are still not perfect, and the quality of environmental accounting information disclosed by enterprises is uneven. How to evaluate the quality of environmental accounting information disclosed by enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper selects the listed companies whose main business is heavy polluting thermal power generation as a sample, collects the annual report, prospectus and social responsibility report of the case enterprise for 2013-2017, and establishes reasonable environmental accounting by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The information disclosure quality evaluation system evaluates the environmental accounting information disclosed by the case enterprises. The evaluation results show that the environmental accounting disclosure quality of China's thermal power listed companies is generally poor.

Ship Power Station Monitoring System and Method Based on CAN Bus

Abstract: This paper designs a ship monitoring system and method based on CAN bus. The ship monitoring system based on CAN bus includes: current detection module, voltage detection module, temperature detection module, short circuit detection module, main control module and communication module. , management module, data storage module, display module. The communication protocol based on the CAN bus intelligent control instrument through the communication module is simple, formatted, comprehensive, and can be used as a broadcast or multicast address together with the filter, which is very useful for improving the flexibility of communication; The module improves the utilization rate of the unit, saves energy, improves the safe operation capability, reduces the running cost, has wide utility, and has strong market value.

The Impact of New Accounting Standards Based on Competence Standard on Accounting Information Quality

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to study the impact of fair value on the quality of accounting information in China. Investment is an important way of resource allocation and plays a great role in the development of national economy. When China's new accounting standards for enterprises are implemented in listed companies, in the context of changing international circumstances, whether the quality of accounting information has been improved with the proposed standards, and what role will the quality of accounting information play in the investment behavior of enterprises? Based on the value relevance, this paper uses empirical research method to test the implementation effect of new enterprise accounting standards. The research results show that the implementation of the new enterprise accounting standards improves the ability of the net assets and earnings per share to explain the stock price, that is, the value correlation of accounting information has improved, and the implementation of the standard is better. The measurement attribute of fair value is more advantageous in ensuring the relevance of accounting information, because fair value can truly reflect the economic benefits brought by assets to enterprises. More accurately reflect the company's operational capabilities, solvency, and help users of accounting information to make the right decisions.

Aromatic components analysis of Laoshan Green Tea by Enzyme Treatment

Abstract: In this study, Laoshan green tea before and after enzymatic hydrolysis was taken as theresearch object. Headspace-solid phase microextraction technology combined with GC-MS method wasused to analyze the changes of aroma components in Laoshan green tea. After enzymatic hydrolysis, the aroma components in the tea were rich, and these aroma components were converted from the original substances by the action of enzymes. Although the types of aroma components in Laoshan green tea before and after enzymolysis are the same, the specific components and relative contents are different. The research provides a reference for evaluating the processing methods of Laoshan green tea and improving its quality.

Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Based on Tabu Search for VRP

Abstract: Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a swarm intelligence optimization algorithm which exhibits characteristics such as simplicity and fast convergence. However, when applying particle swarm optimization to solve the vehicle route problem (VRP), some issues often emerge. For example, the solution area is integer domain and the path cannot be effectively coded. To better tackle these issues, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on tabu search is thus proposed to solve the VRP. Firstly, the forward direction of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is modified to transform the solving region of particles from real domain to integer domain, so that algorithms can be adapted to the optimization of integer domain space. Secondly, based on tabu search algorithm, path coding and algorithm design are carried out to solving the path planning problem. Finally, simulation experiments run on Solomon data sets can demonstrate that the improved PSO algorithm in this paper is superior to the contrast algorithm in terms of delivering more accurate results and higher convergence speed.
