Abstract: In order to improve the detection accuracy of the charge-sensing dust concentration detection technology, a charge-sensing dust concentration detection experimental platform was built. Based on the orthogonal experiment, the temperature, humidity, coal type, wind speed and other factors were analyzed to determine the dust concentration of the charge-sensing method. The impact of detection technology detection accuracy. The research results show that the order of influence of the charge-sensing dust concentration sensor detection accuracy from primary to secondary is: coal type, humidity, wind speed, temperature, among which coal type plays a vital role. The research results provide a theoretical reference for the research on the detection accuracy of charge-induced dust concentration, which has important scientific significance.

Abstract: The rapid and large-scale development of power grid construction puts forward higher requirements for the construction and management of transmission line engineering projects. Implementing refined cost management and cost management will help improve the quality of power engineering infrastructure and avoid engineering cost risks. The pricing model currently used in China still operates around the quota model, resulting in a price difference between the labor fee quota and the market price, which poses a challenge to the cost work. Therefore, this paper establishes different prediction models and uses the transmission line engineering to conduct empirical research. The conclusion confirms that the selected key influencing factors have a strong influence on the total price difference of labor costs. By properly controlling key influencing factors, the gap between fixed labor costs and market labor costs can be reduced. In addition, through the comparative analysis of different prediction models, it is concluded that the PSO-SVM prediction model has the highest prediction accuracy for the total price difference, and the total price difference predicted by this model is the most accurate. The research provides a strong support for strengthening the construction of power grid projects, accurately measuring project cost, controlling labor costs, and achieving lean management.

Abstract: With the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" strategy, the cooperation between China and countries along the belt and road is getting closer, among which the interconnection of power grids is the focus of cooperation.Transnational interconnected power grid projects have an important impact on the development of national economy and the evaluation of their social benefits has become an important subject. In this paper, from the perspective of recipient countries, the social evaluation index system of transnational network project of power grid construction is established through the gray relative analysis method, and the analytic network process is used to determine the weight of evaluation index. At last, comprehensive evaluation is completed by the matter-element extension evaluation model. This paper shows that the evaluation model is scientific and feasible through an example.

Abstract: To discuss the effect caused by twist factor of pure nano silver antibacterial polyester fiber and blending ratio of nano silver antibacterial polyester combed cotton fiber on yarn strength and elongation, nano silver antibacterial polyester was spun purely in different twist factor and in different blending ratio with combed cotton fiber, strength and elongation test and analyses were carried out on the yarns. The result shows that breaking strength and breaking elongation rate of the blended yarn are the lowest when the blending ratio of nano silver antibacterial polyester combed cotton is 41.2/58.8 or 43/57, In the process of production, the blending ratio within the scope of (41.2-43)/(58.5-57) should be avoided as far as possible. Critical twist of pure nano silver antibacterial polyester yarn is about 400.7.

Abstract: The medical genetic information system is a complex information system that needs to be deeply studied in the comprehensive application of medicine, pharmacology, biological science, chemistry, information science, mathematics and computer science. It has far-reaching research significance and application prospects. The research on prediction and decision-making of medical genetic information system has become a major topic in mathematics and medical workers in recent years. Thus based on a new idea of digital medical genetic information optimization decision-making, this paper extends non-digital medical genetic information prediction to digital medical genetic information prediction in the generalized information measure space, and makes full use of probabilistic and statistical methods to make pre-decision on early diagnosis of diseases, carcinogenicity of chemical substances, genetic counseling and paternity testing. The problems were discussed and studied in depth. It provides a new theory, new approach and new method for further improving the optimal prediction level of medical genetic information system and effectively enhancing the pre-decision benefit of medical genetic information system.

Abstract: In order to grasp the steeply inclined coal face "unbalanced" the influence of the surrounding rock stress distribution on the depth of floor damage situation, Combining with the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics related to establish the face to the mechanical characteristics of floor plastic destruction force model, And according to the empirical formula obtained under different stress concentration factor of plate damage depth formula, the mine working face a steep bottom grouting of the temporary support simulation at different positions of damage depth, it is concluded that the plastic damage area of support before and after the distribution. The results show that the steeply inclined coal face in upper, middle and the lowest floor damage depth is different, it is concluded that the depth of damage were 10.7m, 9.5m and 8.2m. Through numerical simulation analysis three locations without supporting condition floor damage depth of 11.5m, 10.2m and 7.3m, the corresponding error up to 0.9 m more reasonable. In the face three positions corresponding to a depth of floor temporary support, grouting results can effectively inhibit backplane; management of steeply inclined coal face slab has a realistic significance.

Author: Qi Gao, Baosheng Zhang, Zonglin Yang
Author affiliation:
Department of Economic Management, North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China

Abstract: This paper introduces the theory of entropy value in information theory into the calculation of air quality assessment, and calculates the weight coefficient through the information disordered utility value reflected by the data itself, so as to effectively reduce the influence of subjective factors. By introducing the improved grey clustering model with entropy weight, the evaluation method is enriched and improved. It is found that the main influencing factor of air quality in Beijing is the concentration of O3, followed by CO concentration. The influence degree of PM2.5, PM10 and NO2 is close, and the effect of SO2 on air quality in Beijing is not obvious. The air quality in Beijing in the first quarter is generally better than that in the second and third quarter. With the implementation of air pollution prevention and control actions, Beijing's air quality has been gradually optimized.

Abstract: The carbon emission of China has become the focus of the world, and China's future carbon emissions forecasting will help achieve the emission reduction target of 2030. The carbon emission data in China from 2000 to 2018 were selected, and the short-term prediction was made based on Grey Model GM (1, 1) model. The model test results show that the relative error is level 2, the correlation degree is level 4, and mean variance ratio and small error probability are both level 1, which shows that the predicted results has good forecasting performance. By 2025, China's carbon emission will exceed 41 tons of carbon, and the carbon dioxide emission situation during the "14th five-year plan" is still severe.
