Research on Pricing of Carbon Options Based on GARCH and B-S Model

Abstract: As a carbon financial derivative, carbon options play an important role in improving the price discovery function of the carbon emission market and avoiding trading risks in the carbon emission market. In order to compete for China's pricing power in the world carbon trading market, it is necessary to study the pricing of carbon options. This paper combines the GARCH model with the B-S option pricing model to compensate for the fixed volatility of the traditional B/S option pricing model. Through the pricing study of the daily closing price of EU emission allowance futures options, the EUA's forecast price for the next 20 days is obtained, and compared with the actual price, and finally the conclusion is reached. I hope this paper can provide reference for the scientific pricing of China's upcoming carbon options trading.

Research on the Impact of Carbon Emission Trading Mechanism on Power Industry Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract: The Chinese government has increased funding and policy support for low-carbon development of electric power, promoted power companies to optimize energy structure, promote technological progress, deepen the reform of power marketization, and study the significance of the carbon emission trading system of the power industry to promote sustainable energy development. In terms of long-term development, this is also part of our strategic decision. In view of this, this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to conduct an in-depth discussion on the impact of the carbon emission trading system on the power industry, in order to provide ideas for the power industry to adhere to the low carbon environmental protection sustainable development route.

Development of Comprehensive Archives Management Information System Based on B/S Structure

Abstract: In this paper, the main purpose is to evelop a set of comprehensive file management information system applied to the Internet. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the original file management system, combining B / S technology and Java programming language, through the analysis of the requirements of the information integrated file management system, the core functions of the system are obtained, and the main modules of the integrated file management system are designed and described. The test results show that the functions of the system meet the expected technical specifications, meet the design requirements, and have the characteristics of supporting cross-platform access and meeting the needs of different users.

Research on the Status Quo and Development of China's Carbon Emission Trading Market

Abstract: After the reform of state institutions in 2018, carbon emission management is affiliated to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, which is beneficial to the linkage management of various emissions in the future, reducing the cost of policy coordination and communication, and improving the effectiveness of policy formulation. However, institutional reforms will result in carbon emission rights in the short term. The construction of the trading market has stagnated. At present, the national unified carbon market has not yet entered the substantive operation stage. The main trading mode of the eight carbon emission trading pilot provinces and cities is offline trading, and carbon spot is the main trading product. China's carbon market construction also has specific problems such as the establishment of regulatory institutions, the construction of institutional systems, the definition of market operations, and the operational level. It is recommended to establish a unified management system with clear responsibilities. The carbon market policy should be linked with industry policies, formulate a clear timetable for carbon market construction, strengthen capacity building, and effectively push the national unified carbon market into a mature operation stage.

Design and Development of a Small Portable Pulse Monitor

Abstract: In this paper, a portable human pulse signal monitoring equipment is designed, using piezoresistive sensor acquisition of pulse, pulse signal of human body by using the method of accurate measurement of weak filtering technology and signal processing. It can realize the pulse measurement is less than 1min, the measurement results display by digital method. The experimental results show that the device can effectively monitor the pulse signal of the human body. It provides the basis for the clinical diagnosis of the hospital.

Application Research of ELECTRE Method in Ecological Environment Assessment

Abstract: Since the concept of sustainable development was put forward, environmental assessment has always been one of the focuses of all parties in the society, and the methods of environmental assessment have gradually moved from the previous unilateral evaluation to the comprehensive evaluation. Environmental assessments must take into account many aspects, and comprehensive evaluations can just do that. The comprehensive evaluation method can reflect the evaluation of environmental conditions through various means, it can also improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the evaluation. This paper mainly uses a simple evaluation method based on ELECTRE, which uses the province as the evaluation object to comprehensively evaluate the ecological environment. This method can mainly get the difference of the status of each evaluation object, that is, the overall evaluation value and ranking of each province in a certain period. I hope that the article can provide some help for the comprehensive evaluation of the application of ecological environment assessment.

Simulation of Drawing Process of Anti-collision Beam of Vehicle Front Bumper

Abstract: The drawing forming process of anti-collision beam of vehicle front bumper was researched. Aimed at the possible wrinkles or cracks during the forming process, the finite element simulation of the process was carried out based on Dynaform. The forming limit, thickness change, and strain state of anti-collision beam of vehicle front bumper were studied according to the simulation results and a comparison of the simulation results and actual forming part was made. A comparative analysis of thinning rate in some large deformation parts between simulation results and actual forming part was carried out, and a consistency was achieved. The results show that simulation analysis can greatly reduce the production costs, shorten the manufacturing cycle of the mold design, and improve the level of design and production.

Research on Power Demand Forecast and Energy-saving Technology Impact in Hebei Province Based on System Dynamics

Abstract: As the main energy supply, electricity interweaves with economy, policy, environment, industry and policy to form a complex system. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting power demand, this paper proposes a system dynamics power demand forecasting model including the first, second and third industries and household electricity consumption. The least square algorithm optimized by Drosophila is used to determine the weight of the factors. In this paper, the validity of the model is validated by the data of Hebei Province from 2002 to 2018. The electricity consumption from 2019 to 2030 is forecasted and the policy analysis of energy-saving technical variables is carried out.

Design of On-line Monitoring System for Dust

Abstract: An online monitoring instrument based on Arduino microcontroller is designed, which can detect the PM2.5 concentration and noise in real time and display it on the local OLED screen, and transmit to the cloud platform through the WiFi network for remote monitoring. The key part of the design is how to design the hardware and how to communicate with the cloud platform through the network. First, by consulting relevant information, analyzing the current situation at home and abroad, then choosing the components of each module, and finally determining the solution of the hardware part, the hardware part is used as the core processor of Arduino microcontroller , and the whole system consists of detection, display, communication and other modules. Completed the hardware construction and software debugging of the online monitoring device for dust, and established communication with freeboard cloud platform website.

Analysis on the Quantitative Evaluation Method of University Students’ Comprehensive Ability

Abstract: The quantitative evaluation of university students’ comprehensive ability is an issue pertaining to multi-objective group decision making. Taking into consideration the relative weights of decision-makers’ evaluation level is conducive to eliminate the influence of deviations of such level on the comprehensive evaluation. This paper conducts a comparison analysis on the methods of fuzzy mathematics, grey correlation, set pair analysis and attribute mathematics, which can better realize multi-objective quantitative analysis.
