Abstract: The aim of this study is energy audit and heat recovery of a dry type technology of cement industry in Ethiopia. The kiln has a capacity to produce 2000 ton-clinker per day. By considering 12 months data for mass and energy balance, auditing energy is performed. From the result about 35% of the total input energy was being lost through hot flue gas (19.53%) and cooler stack (16.22%). By using waste heat recovery steam generator (WHRSG) about 5 MW (6.13%) of the total input energy could be recovered. The whole electrical energy usage of the kiln system safely used from the generated power. So, the factory could keep 800,000 USD/Year by using the generated power for production of clinker.

Abstract: Two-photon polymerization (TPP) microfabrication (TPPM) has demonstrated the capability of fabricating ultra-precise three-dimensional (3D) microstructures, yet TPP technique has limited applications in 3D-hydrogel microfabrication due to the lack of high-efficiency photoinitiator with good water solubility. In this study, a water-soluble photoinitiator WSPI is prepared via host-guest interaction between 2,6-dimethyl-β-cyclodextrins (2,6-DM-β-CDs) and 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)-4′- morpholinobutyrophenone (PI369). Threshold laser power for TPPM of the "WSPI" pregel solution is measured to 1.9 mW through line microfabrication, which is one-tenth of that reported previously. Furthermore, 3D-hydrogel microstructures are also successfully fabricated with gratifying resolutions, highlighting its potential for high-precision 3D microfabrication.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of China, carbon emissions have also increased year by year. China once proposed at the Paris Climate Conference that by 2030, the carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will fall by 60%-65% compared with 2005, and peak as early as 2030, so China faces enormous pressure on carbon emission reduction. According to statistics, the carbon emissions of the construction industry are 40% of China's total carbon emissions. Therefore, the development of green buildings as a solution to reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry has received increasing attention in China. This paper attempts to use a full life cycle assessment (LCA) method to compare and analyze the carbon emissions of green and non-green buildings, and selected 21 construction projects in China, including 12 green buildings and 9 non-green buildings for research. This paper also divides the whole life cycle of the building into five stages, which are the production and processing of building materials, the transportation of components, the on-site assembly construction, the construction operation and the stage of building demolition, and then calculate the carbon emissions of each stage separately. In the first, second, third and fifth stages, the impact of the prefabricated buildings on the carbon emissions of green buildings is taken into account, which makes the research more accurate. The results show that the carbon emissions of green buildings are lower than the carbon emissions of non-green buildings, and in the five phases of the whole life cycle of the building, the carbon emissions in the construction operation stage account for the highest proportion, reaching about 80%. In addition, the higher the assembly rate of the building, the lower the carbon emissions of the entire life cycle. And for residential and public buildings, the impact of different building structures on their carbon emissions is different.

Abstract: Based on the methods of IPCC, this paper used the "top-down" method to calculate the total CO2 emission of energy consumption in Qinghai province from 2005 to 2016. On this basis, the LMDI model will transport carbon dioxide emissions of Qinghai province factorization for transportation economies of scale, transportation, industry, transportation, energy efficiency growth industry economic efficiency, transportation structure effect, population scale effect, the structure of the transportation industry energy consumption effect these six factors, for each influence factors on the transportation industry in Qinghai province and the role of carbon dioxide emissions and contribution value are analyzed. The results show that during the study period, the total amount of carbon dioxide emissions from energy consumption increased, but the growth rate decreased. Among the incremental factors of carbon dioxide emissions of Qinghai transportation industry, population size, transportation scale and energy consumption structure of transportation industry promote carbon dioxide emissions of Qinghai transportation industry, while transportation structure inhibits carbon dioxide emissions of Qinghai transportation industry.

Abstract: In the process of transmission line construction, project cost control is the key to ensure the project economy. In recent years, labor cost overruns have intensified, which has severely affected the cost of transmission line projects. As an important part of engineering cost, effective control of labor cost is crucial to lean management of engineering cost. In order to solve a series of problems caused by labor cost changes in transmission line engineering, this paper starts from looking for the influencing factors of labor cost changes, establishes a model, and accurately finds out the key influencing factors of labor cost changes. This research can provide a reference for the management and control of transmission line labor costs, and provide a path to realize the economic benefit of transmission line engineering.

Abstract: Carrageenan aerogel was prepared by freeze-dried technology from extraction of Chondrus with potassium chloride as cross-linking agent and it was used to absorb water, oils and organic solvents. The chemical structure and microstructure of the carrageenan and carrageenan aerogels were characterized by FTIR and SEM, It was found that the concentration of carrageenan solution had a significant effect on the microstructure and adsorption properties of aerogels. When the concentration of carrageenan increased from 1 wt% to 4 wt%, the pore size of aerogels increased obviously. When the carrageenan concentration increased from 1 wt% to 4 wt%, the maximum water absorption ratio of the aerogel decreased from 21.5 g/g to 11.5 g/g. At the carrageenan concentration of 2.5%, the oil absorption capacity was 20-25 times of its own weight, and the adsorption amount of the organic solvent also exceeded 14 g/g. As for soybean oil and DMF, the adsorption amount was maintained at 14-17 g between the second and tenth times, which showed that the carrageenan aerogels had a good adsorption stability and excellent cycle performance.
