Abstract: In the era of new media, a series of new changes have appeared in the discourse of entrepreneurship education of media majors in colleges and universities, such as personalized "small narrative", interactive "decentralization" and challenging "authoritative" discourse. Based on Wickham's entrepreneurship model, this paper analyzes the three key entrepreneurial elements of entrepreneurship education for media majors, namely "entrepreneurial activity", "entrepreneurial process" and "entrepreneur task", and combines the construction tasks of discourse in seven aspects, namely meaning, activity, identity, relationship, position and strategy, connection, symbol system and knowledge. It is proposed that the entrepreneurship education of media majors in the era of new media can be constructed from three aspects: constructing the discourse system of creation and integration education, emphasizing the practicality of discourse and weakening the didactic discourse, and strengthening the dynamic matching discourse of entrepreneurial elements, so as to achieve the goal of entrepreneurship education of media majors.

Relationship between Economic Growths, Energy Consumption and Carbon Emissions in China and OECD
Author: Xing Zhang
Author affiliation:
Department of Economic Management, North China Electric Power University, Baoding 071003, China.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and carbon emissions in China and OECD countries. The empirical results based on panel data of China's provinces and OECD countries both prove that there is a two-way causal relationship between economic growth and energy consumption, as well as economic growth and carbon emissions. However, China's energy consumption and carbon emissions are mutually causal, while OECD countries only have one-way causal relationship.

Abstract: From the perspective of knowledge management, this paper studies social capital and entrepreneurship as the influencing factors of smes' innovation benefits. Social capital is divided into cognitive, relational and structural social capital. Knowledge management is divided into knowledge sharing and knowledge creation, based on which a theoretical model is constructed and empirically demonstrated. In the empirical study, the survey enterprises are divided into two types before and after the establishment of 10 years. Structural equation analysis shows that cognitive social capital has no significant positive effect on knowledge management, relational social capital has no significant positive effect on knowledge creation, and knowledge sharing has no significant positive effect on innovation benefit in enterprises with less than 10 years of establishment. In enterprises with more than 10 years, structural social capital has no significant positive effect on knowledge management, entrepreneurship has no obvious positive effect on knowledge creation, and others have obvious positive effect.

Carbon Value Analysis of Taxi Electrification in Beijing
Author: Liguo Fan
Author affiliation:
Department of Economic Management, North China Electric Power University, Hebei, China.

Abstract: As an important part of urban transportation, the economic value of carbon emission reduction in the process of electrification of taxis is of concern in academic field. With the help of empirical data and considering the direct and indirect carbon emission of taxis, we study the economic value of taxi electrification's carbon footprint in the annual and operational lifecycle. First, the theory and method for the carbon value of taxi electrification are presented and carbon value of the transition from fossil fuel-powered taxis to battery electric taxis (CVTFE) in the annual and operational life cycle is calculated. Secondly, the various influencing factors determining the carbon value are analyzed. Third, the magnitude of the various influencing factors on CVTFE is quantified. The calculation results show that: (1) the positive and negative value of CVTFE represents a carbon asset or carbon debt, and the results may vary under different situations; (2) the influencing factors include carbon emission price, annual driving distance, fuel / energy, fuel / electricity consumption level, discount rate and operating life period; (3) the indirect carbon emission coefficient of electric energy has the greatest impact on CVTFE and the minimum impact of taxi annual driving distance on CVTFE.
