Abstract: Ground drilling gas extraction technology is an effective technical means for coal mine gas control and CBM development. In order to obtain a reasonable gas drilling hole pattern for ground drilling, CFD numerical simulation technology was used to study the gas flow and distribution law in the goaf of the coal mine working face, and reasonable parameters such as the position and spacing of ground hole drilling were obtained. The research shows that the surface wells are arranged at a distance of 20 ~ 70m from the return air level roadway, and the ground drilling interval in the geological structure zone is 150m × 150m. This article has important guiding significance for the popularization and application of ground drilling gas drainage technology.

Abstract: Schiff base salt has the special property of absorbing electromagnetic wave, and has been used in the fields of national defense equipment stealth and electromagnetic protection. In this paper, a new conjugated Schiff base was synthesized by the condensation reaction of p-benzaldehyde, glyoxal and p-phenylenediamine, and a new kind of organic metal salt Schiff base was obtained by doping the Schiff base with Fe3+ salt and carbon nanotubes. The electrical conductivity of the sample was studied, and the structure and composition of the sample were characterized by IR, DSC and TG, and the electrical conductivity of schiff base with three different structures and their corresponding iron salts were measured, so as to discuss the main factors and mechanisms affecting the wave absorption performance of Fe-schiff base salt. The results show that the conductivity of the sample can be increased by 2-4 orders of magnitude when Fe ion and Schiff base form a mating bond after adding metal salt. The conductivity of carbon nanotubes can be improved by 7 to 8 orders of magnitude compared with simple Schiff base.

Abstract: In this study, a polyvinyl ion gel containing metal ions was prepared by crosslinking acrylic acid containing metal ions with polyvinyl alcohol. The thermal cracking products and thermal stability of metal calcium ion polyvinyl alcohol/acrylic acid gel were studied by LOI, TG, FTIR, XRD, Py-GC/MS and SEM methods. The addition of metallic calcium ions increases the LOI value and enhances the flame retardancy of polyvinyl alcohol. It shows from TG result that the addition of metallic calcium ions promotes the formation of carbon layers and improves the thermal stability of polyvinyl alcohol. It was proved by FTIR, XRD and SEM that calcite-type calcium carbonate was formed on the polymer surface during the PVA/AA/Ca heating process, forming a protective layer to prevent the entry of oxygen and the volatilization of volatiles. This research is a contribution to the improvement of the thermal stability of synthetic polymers by metal ions and further application to battery separators.

Abstract: Based on the three zones measurement results of the spontaneous combustion in the fully mechanized caving face of coal mines and the risk analysis of spontaneous ignition, for four different stages during the mining and withdrawal period of the high gas flammable fully mechanized caving face, ventilation system and extraction volume adjustment of working face, low-temperature nitrogen injection in goaf, perforated grouting within 15m of upper and lower corners to block air leakage channels, holes between the brackets are filled with fire retardant inhibitors and blocked behind the racks, boreholes are injected with inhibitors in abnormal areas, and spontaneous fire monitoring in goafs and other comprehensive fire-fighting technical measures were proposed. After the implementation of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology measures, the main indicator gas concentrations did not exceed the standard during the production stoppage of the face, and no signs of spontaneous combustion occurred in the mined-out area, which ensured the safe and rapid one-time withdrawal of the face.

Abstract: The assessment of the effectiveness of differentiated environmental regulation policies on China's carbon emissions is an important research topic to accelerate the transformation of China's low-carbon economy. This paper uses the systematic GMM method to investigate the heterogeneous effects of three environmental regulation policies. The results show that: (1) the direct impact of emission fee on carbon emission intensity is inverted U-shaped, but the impact is not significant. (2) The investment in industrial pollution control directly suppresses carbon emission without "green paradox".;(3) The direct impact of local environmental protection standards on carbon emissions has produced a "green paradox" effect. The above results show that China's current environmental regulation policies can effectively curb carbon emissions. Identifying the differences in the effectiveness and impact paths of different environmental regulation policies can provide reference for government departments to formulate, and maximize the carbon emission reduction effect of different environmental regulation policies, and promote China's implementation Now we are committed to carbon emission reduction in the world.

Abstract: At present, the Shanxi Lutaishan Mine uses high-level gas drilling combined with the upper-corner cannula extraction method to extract the gas in the mined-out area and the surrounding rock, but the effect is not ideal, which has caused great problems in the daily safety production of the coal mine. In order to effectively solve the problem of gas accumulation at the corner of the 2201 working face, the factors affecting the gas concentration at the upper corner are summarized, and the main reasons for the overrun of the corner gas at the 2201 working face are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the coal mine and the measures that have been adopted, three kinds of new upper corner gas control measures are proposed, namely long-distance large-aperture high-position fissure drainage borehole drainage, upper-corner skeleton air duct open drainage and goaf blockage, which provides new technical references for corner gas control in Lutaishan 2201 working face and ensures the normal safe and efficient production of coal mines.

Abstract: This paper takes the Internet companies that IPO in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2010 to 2017 as a sample, uses the modified Jones model with intangible assets to measure the level of earnings management during the IPO process. Through empirical analysis, it is found that the participation of joint venture capital can effectively reduce the IPO earnings management level of Internet companies compared to single venture capital; compared with low-reputation venture capital institutions, the IPO earnings management level of Internet companies with high reputation venture capital institutions Lower; Compared with venture capital institutions with a low shareholding ratio, venture capital institutions with a high shareholding ratio are more able to restrain the IPO earnings management level of Internet companies.

Study on the Indirect Effect of Environmental Control Policy on Carbon Emission in China
Author: Xinli Wang

School of Economics and Management, North China Electric Power University, China.

Abstract: This paper uses the systematic GMM method to investigate the heterogeneous effects of three environmental regulation policies. The results show that: (1) the direct impact of emission fee on carbon emission intensity is inverted U-shaped, but the impact is not significant. the emission fee can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure and indirectly achieve carbon emission reduction;(2) After the introduction of the square term, it shows a significant inverted U-shaped feature with carbon emission intensity, and is about to cross the inflection point and enter the stage of "forced emission reduction". Through the indirect mechanism analysis, it is found that the investment in industrial pollution control can not only force the upgrading of industrial structure, and then produce the "structural dividend effect", but also promote technological innovation, realize the "innovation compensation effect", and effectively inhibit the increase of carbon emissions;(3) local environmental standards can also force technological innovation of enterprises, produce the "Porter Hypothesis" effect, and indirectly inhibit carbon emissions. However, it is regrettable that none of the three environmental regulation policies has made the energy consumption structure low-carbon, at the same time, to a certain extent, it has also inhibited the environmental spillover effect and capital accumulation effect of foreign direct investment, thus making FDI show the "pollution shelter" effect. The above results show that China's current environmental regulation policies can effectively curb carbon emissions and achieve the expected carbon emission reduction goals.
